loved this and wanted to drop in a Strong Girly suggestion! casey johnston’s LIFTOFF program literally taught me how to lift weights and it is so great for people who are intimidated by the gym. also great if you have reservations about cardio because it emphasizes resting and dare i say… snacking…. between sets. you don’t ever have to look at a workout machine ever again i swear!!! also shout-out Dazzle Dry we love her
